Member of Lockheed Martin Government Affairs (LMGA), providing a Wright-Patterson AFB, OH (primary) and Hill & Tinker AFBs (secondary) presence in support of LMGA's Air Force & F-35 Mission Team. The position will be physically located in and report to the LMGA Field Office Director/Acquisition Excellence (AE) Pillar Lead in Fairborn, OH.
The AE Pillar is a focal point for Lockheed Martin's (LM) Government customer interface with the Air Force's weapon systems acquisition community. This position's focus is the Air Superiority and related activity subset, emanating from Wright-Patterson AFB, OH (External Customers). These customers include, but are not limited to, Fighters & Advanced Aircraft; Bombers; F-35; and the Air Force Security and Assistance Center.
This position also actively supports program capture activity and execution commitments emanating from Lockheed Martin (LM) lines of business (LOB) and special projects from corporate headquarters (Internal Customers), as they pertain to External Customers.
The position requires: an understanding of US government acquisition; program execution experience; budgeting and requirements processes knowledge; familiarity with existing DoD, Joint and Air Force programs; and an ability to develop effective working relationships among both military organizations at Wright-Patterson AFB and its geographically-separated units and the co-located civilian community.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Maintain continual liaison/full understanding -- at all appropriate levels - with/of External and Internal Customers. Anticipate External Customer behavior.
-Create/maintain vibrant relationships with key influencers. -Facilitate intimacy necessary to enable successful Internal Customer engagements with External Customers. Use intimacy to shape customer perceptions in support of pursuit and execution of LM business.
-Support corporate, LOB, and other domestic and international LMGA personnel, to establish and achieve domestic and international business objectives, providing specific expertise in DoW, Joint, and USAF matters. -Maintain accountability to key LOB long range plan commitments. Provide cross-functional support, as requested, in reviews, color teams, etc.
-Robustly collaborate horizontally within the AE Pillar; the AF & F-35 Mission Area; LMGA; and across OneLM Teams.
-Represent, as required, Lockheed Martin in local area activities including involvement in trade association events and in supporting active and positive relations with the local community as required. Monitor and document the actions and intent of our business competitors.

-Travel as necessary to other government/LM facilities to maintain customer contact and consistent messaging and travelling as necessary to support relevant training and business development activities
-This position requires on site presence with limited telework opportunities.

Job Summary:
This Visual ManagementProgramManager II owns the strategy & execution of visual management drawing creation. This role is responsible for publishing approximately 400 events annually for all technologies using Live Outage. This role also partners with stakeholders across the enterprise including Operations, P&L Engineering, P&L Methods, Global Tooling, Resource Management, Region Operations, and Lean to identify the outage execution team's drawing needs and then organize and deliver the drawing package.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Own and improve the end-to-end process of creating and publishing Visual Management packages for the Live Outage application for all technologies
Manage visual management drawing package builds for Live Outage for all technologies with the goal of publishing packages 30 days prior to outage start date
Create and maintain current and future state drawing package standards
Coordinate with global Resource Management teams to influence allocation and prioritization of all necessary FE resources in advance of forecasted outages and associated Visual Management builds
Manage and balance assigned Visual Management budgets to properly allocate costs for Visual Management support
Direct and prioritize the daily work of assigned Field Engineers to ensure they deliver high quality, complete and accurate Visual Management builds
Train field engineers on how to build the visual management packages which includes finding correct part numbers, selecting correct drawings, etc; training may be customized depending on outage scope
Conducts Genba visits with field engineers and outage execution teams to observe, obtain feedback and ensure drawings are meeting needs; identifies problems and opportunities for continuous improvement
Builds a lean culture by partnering with other functions to identify additional content needed on drawings and improve quality and cycle time of drawing package builds
Manages the process for the creation of the Value Object package to include coordinating with Field Engineers and others to build the packages.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Lead global customs audit programs, publish results, and ensure corrective actions are properly managed
+ Develop analytics based monitoring of Customs transactions
+ Oversee the Customs & Transportation Risk Assessment and the Customs Compliance Tracker to ensure timely resolution to gaps/issues identified
+ Execute strategy for 3rd party and internal post entry and monitoring processes
+ Ensure all post entry filings (PSC, Protest, Reconciliation) are filed accurately and on-time
+ Support global teams with control development and audit strategy
+ Evaluate existing internal controls and lead implementation of improvement plans
+ Provide Improper Payment and Customs Agent oversight to business units
+ Develop and Lead the Customs Broker due diligence process
+ Lead the agent invoice review process
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years customs experience) + minimum of 5 years customs experience
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Knowledge and understanding of dynamic US Customs regulations (Sec 232, Foreign Trade Zones, IEEPA, Duty Drawback) and global customs regulations
+ Proficient in Microsoft applications and other analytics tools (Alteryx, Spotfire, Tableau)

The salary range for this position is $102,700 - 137,000.
