McKeesport, PA Responsibility for planning and directing the flow of international bulk and container shipments (exports and imports). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Arranging international bulk shipments via barge to bulk vessel as well as high volume container shipments including drayage. Scheduling of international shipments in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Competent with truck routing, freight rates, container costs.
