Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management- Oversee the daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of transportation personnel.- Provide coaching, training, and development to build a high‑performing transportation team.- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.- Address employee relations matters, including discipline and termination, in accordance with company policy.- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
