Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a LogisticsCoordinator located in the Fairfax, VA area. The LogisticsCoordinator will work closely with project management personnel to assist in the day-to-day operations of the project.

Job Description
The Facilities LogisticsCoordinator provides a variety of administrative and facility logistic services at CMI's customer in Washington, DC.

Key Job Functions
Manages the CMMS work order system, entering service requests, and data entry for closing out preventive maintenance work orders and service requests and runs reports from the work order system as needed.
Receives non-Collections deliveries and delivers the items to recipients.
Assists with Collections-related deliveries as requested by the Director of Operations or Collections staff.
Manage Operations warehouse inventory (furniture, building supplies, office supplies) and responsible for maintaining inventory, properly storing items, and pulling items for use as requested.
