*Operations Coordinator*
The Coordinator is the primary contact between the dealership and reconditioning team. The coordinator ensures all retail customer vehicles are completed within the expected delivery times and new and used vehicle reconditioning work is identified and routed through our reconditioning shop as quickly as possible. *Located in North Houston, TX.*
*Primary Responsibilities:*
* Responsible for logging and tracking all work flow in priority order for use by all shop employees and communicate any issues to the dealer
* Maintain the positioning and transportation of vehicles between the dealership and the shop
* Coordination of repair activities with dealership
* Manage all billing and invoicing
* Interact with dealer's customers as required.
* Follow company procedures and policies at all times.
* Communicate to supervisor/management relevant feedback regarding specific issues or solutions to problems, etc.
* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including invoicing and daily call-in numbers.
* Handle all incoming requests by scheduling appointments between customer and the Technician who will be performing the work
* Conduct quality control inspections
* Inspect vehicles for damage, suggest needed repairs and provide estimates

Scope of the Role

Help Stores Controller with weekly stock counts as per the company policy.
Arrange courier shipments and documentation this includes international shipments when shipper is away.
Validate incoming repairs and insure all equipment matches the Return Authorization.
Manage and track repairs for both external and Internal customers through the repair cycle
Inspect all incoming goods returned by our customers and communicate any damages or missing items.
Receipt inbound repairs in the ERP system.
Support repair technicians with inbound and outbound repairs.
Help repair team with any special / issues requirements status and warranty entitlements.
Help to plan and track the repairs according to customer requirements.
Ensure customer repair orders are dispatched in time, accurately and any special instructions are followed.
Help to process Repair Authorizations required by our customer this included both USA and Canada.
Assist with problem diagnosis and resolution of accessory.
Configuration and program Tait terminals equipment.
Process credits and material returns need to ensure the equipment has the latest firmware and revisions.
Complete inventory Cycle Counts weekly as per schedule, with Warehouse Team.
Manage the demo equipment to ensure that the correct product meets the customer requirements and Software & Firmware are the latest Versions.
Manage Warehouse inventory to ensure that the mainline equipment like Base Modules, Mobiles and Portables have the latest Software & Firmware.
Help to ensure that all demos equipment is in excellent working condition before they are shipped to the customer and, also need to make sure they are in the same condition when they returned.
Keep the Repair team apprised of any issues/special requirements status and updates completed on warehouse inventory.
Keep track of the latest product technical notes to ensure the warehouse inventory has been updated to the technical requirements, is will include technical notes, product hold notices and quality alerts in accordance with the company's communications policy.
Staging and assembly of Tait Base Station equipment consisting of parts pulled from warehouse inventory for customer orders. Problem diagnosis and network restoration maybe required.
Configuration and installation of software keys of TAM Orders for wireless network equipment including Mobiles, Portables and Base Stations.
Basic Repairs on Mobiles, Portables and Accessories as instructed by Repair Technician and Manager.
Performance Measurements
Manage and use finish Goods database, and the ERP system to extract customer delivery dates for warranty requirements and product history Manage and develop all inventory management and control systems.
Manage cycle count and stock take processes.

Essential Duties
Coordinates with the Operations Manager the supervision of the Lead Service Reps in the Coordination and scheduling daily delivers activity using technology and logistics skill sets to ensure service & delivery goals are achieved in a designated time frame, safely and efficiently.
Communicate information and delivery instructions to the Dispatch/Lead Drivers to include schedules, route changes, road conditions, accidents, emergencies, and other changes to mitigate potential delays to schedules.
Dispatch fuel orders in accordance with DOT regulations and in the most cost-efficient way possible.
Maintain RTA compliance, GPS data, and OSHA regulations.
Impart safety policies/procedures to staff as established by EHS.
Plan delivery routes efficiently using Skybitz technology.
Engage with Customer Service and Inside Sales to meet delivery requirements for our customers.

What you'll do…
We are looking to hire a detailed-oriented, driven, and resourceful professional to help the shipping, receiving, and inventory responsibilities to support the Operations & Maintenance (O&M), the Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Construction groups with inventory coordination, shipping, receiving, and other responsibilities to allow safe and efficient inventory operations. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in inventory/warehousing and freight logistics. This role will help warehouse / inventory operations while creating a safe environment, maintaining quality and minimizing unnecessary costs. Including managing the daily movements of goods, from suppliers to receiving docks, ensuring supply chain processes like inventory, storage, and transportation are efficient and on schedule. Key duties include planning routes, coordinating with suppliers and staff, managing shipping documents, and resolving issues to maintain smooth operations and meet deadlines.
You'll make an impact by:
Ensuring the smooth execution of daily logistics activities, including scheduling, storing, and goods in transit completion of materials.
Tracking and monitoring dispatched shipments to ensure accuracy and availability, and handle receiving new shipment demands.
Planning and managing the movement of goods, which may include selecting carriers, planning routes, and tracking shipments.
Communicating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure coordination and address any logistical challenges.
