1922

In the summer of 1922, Yiannis (the grandfather of Geva Logistics’ CEO) was hired as a truck driver for a local soft drink manufacturer.

1941

In 1941 Yiannis decided to reach new horizons by opening up his own delivery service for construction material.

1967

1967 was the first year when Geva Logistics’ CEO, a 4-year-old boy, became a passenger in his grandfather’s Mercedes-Benz dump truck.

1986

1986 was the beginning of a new transportation company across the Atlantic.

1988

Founded by Richard Devers and Don Gore in 1988, Bestway International, Inc., was initially a small group of dedicated logistics professionals, committed to applying their industry knowledge to cultivate strong, global relationships and help their clients succeed.

2005

In 2005, Bestway partnered with family-owned Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, improving the global network to nearly 500 offices in 167 countries.

2009

In 2009, Jay Devers joined the firm allowing Richard more time to pursue his many outside interests.

2014

Founded by Riley Wiles in 2014, Bestway Freight Solutions partnered in a joint venture with Bestway International Inc.
