We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our client's team on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of parts to their assembly team. This individual will be responsible for meeting targets for vendor quality, on-time delivery of parts, setting inventory levels and making sure their ERP and parts picking software systems operate to expectations. This role will define the strategy for setting stocking levels and MOQs, as well as lead their vendor management efforts. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment and be very comfortable with leading change. This is a great opportunity for someone to build their own systems and processes, building them from the ground floor. The role will oversee the purchasing and inventory teams, reporting directly to the President.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain: Develop, implement and monitor supply chain strategies that align with production schedules and business objectives. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely sourcing of raw materials, purchased parts and ink supply.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure there is no disruption to production. Lead purchasing and warehouse teams to order materials as needed. Responsible for setting safety stock levels and minimum order quantities using historical usage and sales pipeline.
Actively and continuously negotiate with suppliers to reduce procurement costs, volume rebates and/or other incentives whether related to inventory or maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) spending.
Source alternate vendors and minimize sole source suppliers.
Production Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update purchasing planning to ensure parts arrive on time.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production, procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of production schedules with customer demands and supply chain constraints.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any production delays or issues, collaborating with relevant departments to implement solutions and minimize downtime.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production KPI's, inventory levels, and performance metrics for management review.
Core Management Responsibilities:
Oversee timecard review and payroll submission for direct reports and manage time off requests to guarantee adequate staffing for continuous operational needs.
Actively manage and promote safety within the team by setting clear expectations, modeling safe work practices, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and supporting efforts that enhance team performance and operational excellence.
Address interpersonal issues, attendance issues, and other personnel issues, and enforce company policies consistently and fairly to maintain a productive, professional work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in systems or industrial engineering, supply chain management, operations management, data management or 5+ years of work related experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft suite
Strong understanding of industrial equipment production processes, inventory control, and supply chain management
Proficiency with production planning software and tools (e.g., WMS/MRP/ERP systems).

Overview
The Inbound Logistics Lead oversees the performance, accuracy, and flow of Jaipur Living's domestic and international inbound supply chain. Vendor Management & Procurement
Evaluate supplier capabilities including capacity, pricing, quality assurance, and service reliability to determine optimal vendor selection.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all domestic vendors, ensuring clear, timely communication.
Use demand and inventory data to place replenishment orders and maintain in-stock positions.
Review invoices for accuracy, manage discrepancies, and coordinate replacement inventory or credits as needed.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of a Dedicated Final Mile Fleet Manager is to utilize coaching and leadership skills to manage dedicated drivers and achieve specific goals. These goals include meeting pick-up and delivery requirements, maximizing revenue, driver productivity and other established company goals, retaining drivers, and achieving an excellent safety record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accept orders, optimize routes, and plan delivery schedules maximizing productivity and efficiency
Dispatch loads to the drivers (issue load information, delivery requirements, and routing)
Arrange for additional labor for any deliveries that require it.
Track drivers through their daily delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery expectations are begin met.
Communicate with drivers and customers quickly and effectively to resolve any delivery issues that may arise throughout the day.
Notify Customer of issues/changes that might impact customer expectations or affect load assignments
Promote safety throughout all areas of operations, including the dispatching of loads in accordance with the drivers hours of availability
Focus on driver retention by understanding driver requirements/preferences, by monitoring driver performance to ensure driver requirements are being met, and by keeping drivers informed and motivated
Identify, track, and resolve performance issues by conducting driver evaluations and driver route and hold meetings
Resolve driver conflicts, problems, and requests with respect to matters such as, home time, pay, equipment, and load assignments
Responsible for maintaining and submitting driver payroll records weekly.
Ensure the awareness of and enforce company policies
Maintain records pertaining to driver performance and productivity
Track equipment maintenance requirements and schedule equipment to have work done accordingly
Involvement in the training process required of these drivers to ensure they are educated and trained on all details required of the position, including proper operation of the moffett forklifts.

The City of Dunwoody Police Department is currently accepting applications for a Prisoner Transport Officer. This position is responsible for transporting prisoners from the arrest site to the DeKalb County jail and from the DeKalb County jail to the City of Dunwoody Municipal Court and other assigned locations as needed. This position will also provide administrative support to the police department clerical staff as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Picks up and transports prisoners to and from DeKalb County jail, other City/County jails, or City of Dunwoody Municipal Court as assigned.
• Picks up and transports prisoners to and from DeKalb County jail, other City/County jails, or City of Dunwoody Municipal Court as assigned.
• Transports prisoners from jail facility to doctor/hospital as assigned. Also obtains and files prisoners' medical records as assigned.
• Transports prisoners to and from jail facilities to City facilities for building and grounds maintenance as assigned.
• Provides clerical support to police administration as assigned. Duties include:
• Taking “walk-in” reports from citizens and process as required.
• Completing all prisoner intake paperwork.
• Providing assistance in filing and retrieving police records as assigned.
• Provides support in the Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) as needed; monitors real-time surveillance feeds to detect and respond to criminal activities, emergencies, or suspicious behavior.
• Coordinates with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other relevant parties to provide timely and accurate information for crime prevention and resolution in the RTCC.
• Assists Fleet Manager with fleet maintenance and associated equipment maintenance.
• Assists with maintenance of departmental equipment, excluding firearms.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of the job.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
a) High School graduate or GED and at least 18 years of age at time of hire. Prefer related military or law enforcement/corrections experience.
b) Must possess a valid State of Georgia Driver's License (Class C) and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
c) An equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable
