Manage and report quality issues or discrepancies identified during receiving. Notify client of any incidents related to containers, quality issues, or documentation. Inventory & Stock Management Manage issues related to stocked products, including rework, quality problems, or blocked material. Periodically review, together with client, that SAP inventory matches physical stock at warehouse. Ensure full inventory traceability. Outbound & Distribution Coordinate outbound shipments from warehouse to customer in collaboration with client. Ensure that all outbound documentation is properly prepared and completed. Ensure correct labeling of all pallets shipped from warehouse to customer. Create and submit the ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) in customer's web portal at the moment the truck departs from warehouse to customer. Report and manage shipment incidents involving customer, UPS, or client. Communication & Coordination Act as the operational point of contact between warehouse, client, freight forwarder, customer, and logistics providers. Ensure proactive and clear communication in case of deviations or incidents. Propose continuous improvement initiatives for logistics and warehouse processes. Education & Experience Experience in international logistics, supply chain operations, or external warehouse management. Strong knowledge of ocean and air freight processes. Experience managing import/export documentation. Technical Skills Knowledge of receiving, inventory, and outbound logistics processes. Familiarity with packing lists, B/L, AWB, and logistics documentation. Languages English Spanish: Nice to have Competencies Strong organizational and follow-up skills. High attention to detail and quality. Strong communication and incident management skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and logistics partners. Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
