What You Will Do:
Handles incoming calls and paging requests connecting parties if possible and /or providing information as requested.
Answers priority calls promptly, determines the nature of the emergency and accurately executes procedures contained in hospital and department manuals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
Basic computer skills required
