Counts truck inventory and keeps accurate records of finished goods transported out of the facility for sales delivery or distribution to another warehouse. Receives finished goods into inventory and maintains appropriate records. Unloads transport trucks delivering finished products to the warehouse and stores it in its designated warehouse space. Loads empty pallets and plastic storage flats/shells for the transport truck to return to the manufacturing location. Loads pre-made multi-product pallets on local delivery trucks. Position is responsible for primary shipping/receiving, inventory and housekeeping duties. Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable). Position requires climbing onto trailers and route trucks, reaching and pushing cases weighing 20-45 pounds. Position often operates independently with minimal supervision. This person is responsible for assisting the Program Director with overall program development, and supervision of all staff on site. The sports site supervisor/coordinator will assist the Sports Director in planning, preparing, and delivering the adult and youth sports programs. This includes teaching basic skills, coaching, acting as a referee, and equipment set-up. The Site Supervisor/Coordinator is expected to uphold YMCA policies and philosophy and to use these objectives as a basis in working with everyone, children, parents, and participants. As an important member of our Facilities Maintenance Crew, youll be responsible for a variety of interior and exterior functions. * Clean & Organize Kitchen & Restaurant (includes cleaning tables for customers, stocking beverages and sliced meats, keeping all items off the floor, cleaning and clearing prep dishes, creating a spacious work area for team members etc.) * Clean & Organize Storage (coordinating with management to transport needed product for the restaurant, organizing stock, having all items grouped properly, FIFO, sweeping, mopping, keeping items off the floor). * Receive shipments and maintain escort privileges (Aramark, Sysco, produce and other vendors). * Transport trash, cardboard and other waste (minimum 2x per day). * General equipment knowledge & light maintenance (with guidance) of golf carts, machinery, ovens, reach-in coolers, walk-in coolers. Ability to identify issues quickly and inform management to get service technicians scheduled ASAP. * Training will be provided to become familiar with related equipment to ensure safety and proper operation during use. * Other similar duties as assigned.
