Robert B Horvath (Independent Chairman), born 1956, has a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Wales and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a Fellow of Gray’s Inn.
Andrew Jenner (Senior Independent Director), born January 1969, holds a BSc in Accounting with First Class Honours from the University of Hull and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.
Since February 2018 he has been CFO of Petainer, a manufacturer of sustainable plastic packaging for the drinks industry worldwide.
He joined LPA Group on 1 February 2021 as Chair elect and was appointed Chairman on 9 August 2021.
