Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

Responsibilities
Consult with clients to determine their customization preferences and requirements
Design a customization plan that aligns with the client's vision and the vehicle's existing structure
Install aftermarket parts and accessories, such as exhaust systems, suspension parts, and body kits
Perform mechanical adjustments and modifications, like engine swaps or power upgrades
Handle aesthetic modifications, including paint jobs, interior refurbishment, and window tinting
Use diagnostic tools to ensure all vehicle systems function properly after modifications
Maintaining up to date technical knowledge of current models and used vehicles sufficient to effectively communicate with service & sales staff
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during the customization process
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Document each step of the customization process for future reference and potential troubleshooting
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Complying with all applicable company and legal requirements controlling vehicle repairs
Qualifications
Strong automotive background to include deep knowledge of vehicle parts and systems
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Must have clean & valid driver's license
Ability to exercise good judgment
Technical or trade school degree preferred

Responsibilities
Mounting and dismounting tires on retail vehicles, medium trucks, and trailers. Including training and use of additional safety equipment for enhanced danger.
Balancing tires to ensure proper weight distribution. Understanding additional balance mechanisms such as balance beads and balance rings.
Identifying and repairing punctures or other damage to tires and/or tubes.
Patching or plugging tires as necessary.
Evaluating retail vehicles, medium trucks, and trailers, lifting using proper equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
Rotating tires at regular intervals to promote even tread wear, including medium truck and trailer patterns.
Perform oil changes and basic vehicle inspections
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
Retail or commercial tire or automotive service experience a plus
Effective communication with customers and team members working toward building long-term relationships based on trust and integrity
Ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently while upholding excellent quality standards
