Accurately represent capabilities, terms procedures without distorting dealership policy * Make an effective sales presentation so that the customer is adequately educated about the products and services available * Clearly and completely document installation arrangements, pumps and other related equipment, check electrical/drain * Clearly and completely document installation arrangements, pumps and other related equipment, check electrical/drain * Take ownership of a new customer's account, and follow up with every new customer to ensure complete satisfaction and secure referrals * Maintain security of all customer information * Participate in all promotional activities (trade shows, exhibits, etc.) as required * Obtain minimum sales standards (see attached breakdown) * Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
