They are looking for motivated, detail-oriented Chocolatiers (Production Operators) to join a small but mighty production team. In this full-time, day-shift position, you'll be trained in all aspects of making and wrapping the candy. Location: approx. 25 miles outside of Worcester, MA Job Responsibilities: Learn and operate equipment used in high-speed chocolate and candy production. Follow recipes and procedures to prepare, fill, and wrap. Monitor product quality and flag any issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean, food-safe workspace and support daily sanitation tasks. Help stock supplies and keep production areas organized. Pitch in at our retail shop as needed - we're all in this together!
