Scott Mabrey is Chief Executive Officer of Mabrey Bank, a $1.1 billion community bank with 15 locations in Oklahoma. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Mabrey Bank and Mabrey Bancorporation. Scott first joined the bank in 2001 after working 3.5 years at Bank of Oklahoma in Corporate Lending.An active civic member, Scott has volunteered for a variety of organizations including the American Red Cross, Friends of the Fairgrounds Foundation, ORU Athletics Council, Holland Hall Independent School, Bixby Chamber of Commerce, Bixby Optimist Club (member for 10+ years), and the University of Oklahoma Medical Center. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Committee of One Hundred, the Board of Governors for Southern Hills Country Club and also volunteers on various committees at Southern Hills.Scott holds a B.A. in History from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization and Phi Beta Kappa. Scott is married to Julee and they have three children.

Carlisle Mabrey IV is a Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Mabrey Bank and is based in Bixby, Oklahoma. He studied at Austin College between 1989 and 1992 and University of Oklahoma between 1988 and 1989.

Brad C. Stieben, CPA is an EVP/CFO/CRO/CASHIER at Mabrey Bank and is based in Bixby, Oklahoma. He has worked as SVP/CFO/CASHIER at InterBank, Director of Audit at Wyatt Technology, and CFO at Nameplates Inc. Brad attended Fort Hays State University between 1985 and 1989.
