What we are looking for:
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing machinery
Proven experience working as a technician in the agricultural or equipment industry, with specific expertise in servicing small engines and compact tractors
2-year technical degree in diesel, or small engines, or high school diploma/GED and several years of comparable shop mechanic experience
2+ years of relevant small engine/diesel equipment repair experience preferred
Familiarity with John Deere equipment and systems is highly desirable

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School-Based Mental Health Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Erskine, MN. This position is 2-days a week within the school-based program at Alluma. At this time, the position is scheduled for Monday and Wednesdays. This vital role focuses on delivering therapeutic skill and training services to students at Win-E-Mac School in Erskine whom have an identified mental health diagnosis. This provider will support both the students and their families to foster emotional well-being and academic success.
This skills-based provider will work alongside two mental health professionals at Alluma that are co-located at Win-E-Mac school district. You will play an essential role in promoting mental wellness by helping Kindergarten through 12th grade students develop the tools they need to understand, manage, and overcome emotional and behavioral challenges.
As a mental health practitioner, Alluma offers clinical supervision to support your growth and ongoing success as a mental health provider. We provide board-certified supervisors for Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Counseling. Follow accident procedures if an accident occurs

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
CDL Class A License with a Medical Card
