Duties and Responsibilities Assists in overseeing contractors used in minor construction projects such as; curb cuts, lead walks, door/gate repairs, electrical repairs and wiring, pump and motor replacement, roof repairs, plumbing, etc. Coordinates with Parts Department and/or Facilities Project Manager to care, store, and account for inventories used in activities. Recommends to supervisors to stock or re-stock needed materials, supplies, and equipment. Completes and maintains work orders, journals, reports, and other records as necessary to document, track, and otherwise control and assess the repair, maintenance, or replacement of all facilities and appurtenances.
