Seeking a highly qualified Building Maintenance Manager to oversee, coordinate and manage the operation and maintenance of all Refrigeration, Boilers, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire/Life systems in a 27/7 commercial food service kitchen, in addition to managing a fleet of hi-lift trucks for aircraft catering, ramp vans, and other company vehicles. Key Responsibilities Electrical Duties: - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot 120V-480V AC electrical systems - Wire and troubleshoot motor control circuits (VFDs, contactors, relays, overloads) - Read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layouts - Work with PLCs - wiring I/O and diagnostics - Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance Instrumentation Duties: - Install, calibrate, and maintain transmitters (pressure, flow, level, temperature) - Configure and troubleshoot HART and 4-20mA analog signal loops - Maintain and troubleshoot control valves, I/P converters, thermocouples, and RTDs - Perform loop checks and assist with system commissioning Maintenance Duties: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems - Support SCADA integration tasks - Document all work performed Excel, Project Manager - Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts Tools and Equipment Used - Multimeter, clamp meter, megger - Loop calibrator - HART communicator - Hand tools, power tools - PLC software (Studio 5000, TIA Portal), SCADA interfaces Qualifications Education & Experience: - Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Maintenance - 3+ years of industrial electrical or instrumentation experience - Familiarity with NEC, ISA standards, NFPA 70 Skills and Competencies - Strong knowledge of electrical and control system theory - Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and schematics - Safety-first mindset with strong troubleshooting skills - Comfortable working independently or as part of a cross-functional team Schedule - Full-time - May require rotating shifts, on-call duty, or weekend work depending on plant needs Compensation & Benefits - Competitive hourly pay - Overtime available - Health, dental, vision insurance

Position Summary: The Electrical Maintenance Technician will repair, maintain, and facilitate installation of industrial machines (Braiders, Cabling, and Extrusion) used in manufacturing and production operations and assist in training any junior Maintenance Technicians. 1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm, overtime opportunities may be available during week and weekend hours Pay: $25-$32/hr Responsibilities: * Ensures proper operation of all equipment and machines, such as power generators, cablers, braiders, extruders, air compressors, pneumatics, and PLCs. * Uses hand tools, power tools, and machine tools for fabrication of parts and additions. * Plans and facilitates installation of new or refurbished machinery, which may include building platforms, foundations, and running conduit. * Conducts safety inspections of facilities and machines. * Create material lists and submit purchase requests for MRO supplies. * Work closely with vendors, outsourced service providers, and contractors to protect the interests of the facility. * Train junior level maintenance technicians and inspect the quality of performed maintenance work. * Performs all other duties as assigned. Required Education/ Abilities: * High school diploma required, vocational school or Associate's degree highly preferred * At least 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing required. * At least 2 years of experience with electrical maintenance required, experience in mechanical maintenance is preferred. * Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics is required * Ability to use/ operate hand tools, power tools, and machine tools, such as lathes is required. * Knowledge with PLCs and VFDs is a plus. * Strong communication and organizational skills, and basic computer skills. * Thorough understanding of safety practices, guidelines, rules, and laws. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods standing, stretching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling required. * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. * Visual acuity to properly inspect and modify large and detailed portions of machinery. * Manual dexterity to assemble, disassemble, adjust, and relocate machines.
