Organizational Relationship: This position reports directly to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines (e.g., Engel, Milacron, etc..) and automation equipment (e.g., robotics, conveyors, pick-and-place systems). Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues in production equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary systems including dryers, chillers, mold temperature controllers, and vacuum systems. Support mold changes and setups by ensuring proper alignment and function of mechanical and automated systems. Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency. Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery or automation upgrades. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring equipment issues. Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is performed in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Other tasks as assigned.
