Project Coordination: Manage schedules, planning, and communication among internal and external stakeholders. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customer operations and management, and with third-party partners. Research & Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, industry trends, and customer practices to guide product and business decisions. We are looking for candidates who: Are experienced in 1) TL transportation or a closely related field and 2) developing, implementing, and/or supporting software applications. Provides senior level design for client specific enhancements, proactively troubleshoots and resolves issues that arise during the implementation, and updates and maintains the project issues list, which includes prioritizing the issues. Works with customers to test and implement interfaces between MA products or external systems and works directly with the customer project team during configuration, testing, training, and implementation.
