Your Main Focus: Coordinating product displays to assist Sales Representatives in meeting volume sales and distribution goals. Packing out orders in retail accounts such as supermarkets, drug stores and other venues. Communicating customer issues and concerns to Sales Representatives, Sales Supervisors and other members of the sales team as needed. Ensuring products on shelves and in coolers are properly rotated to avoid expiration. Regularly rotating through accounts to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring products are arranged to the best advantage. Creating relationships with appropriate store personnel and supplier teams to maintain and improve customer service. Supporting the Sales Representative in executing brand development programs and placement of promotional materials. Executing cooler resets and rearrangement of products as requested. Position Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends. Must have valid drivers license and be able to use own personal car. Full reimbursement for use of personal vehicle (gas, mileage, wear and tear, oil change, etc.) Experience in retail, customer service and merchandising helpful. Ability to work independently and within a team. Capacity to bend and lift heavy objects on a regular basis. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate with a wide variety of individuals verbally and in written form. Strong relationship building skills. Comfort level with technology. Hourly Salary: $18.00.
