    Experience: A senior level executive with more than 30 years of sustained success in the automotive and construction industries and with a proven track record of delivering both domestic and international growth. Jerry Armstrong is currently President and Chief Executive Officer for McClarin Plastics, LLC. He has successfully overseen the merger of McClarin Plastics and Amtech. He has merged the companies into a single functioning organization and is now leading the company toward sustained growth. Prior to joining McClarin, Jerry was the President North & South America at Commercial Vehicle Group. At CVG, his Executive Director Leadership role focused on strategic planning and profit / loss as Division President of a $900M publicly traded supplier of commercial vehicle components. Scope of management responsibilities have included up to eight companies with $750M in sales and representing over 5700 employees. His Training / Professional Affiliations include: The Ohio State College of Engineering Advisory Board (2010-2012), TechColumbus Innovations Awards – Semi-finalist Executive of the Year (Large Company 2012), Columbus Technology Forum member (2005-Present), Manufacturers Alliance / MAPI member (2005-Present), Associate board member of South America joint ventures (1999-2002), Advanced Management and Leadership of Development Program Kelley School of Business (1998-99), A.S.Q. Certified Quality Engineer (1991), and A.S.Q. Chairman for south-central Georgia and Alabama section (1989)

    Tom Evans is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and is a Certified Concrete Technologist. He has been in the ready mix concrete business since 1980 and has a diversified background in sales and marketing, as well as concrete operations. Tom has served on the board of directors for the Mississippi Association of General Contractors, Mississippi AGC CompTrust Fund, the Mississippi Construction Education Fund, and as past president on the Mississippi Concrete Industries Association. Tom has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Delta Industries, Inc. since 1994 and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
