**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer
**Location:** On-Site in Westlake, Ohio
**Pay Range:** $100,000 - $120,000
**Candidates:** US Citizens
**Role:** FTE | Permanent
**What's the Job?**
+ Design, develop, modify, and maintain complex software programs while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
+ Partner with management and stakeholders to analyze business needs and plan efficient, scalable systems.
+ Create robust and efficient system designs based on in-depth analysis and collaborative consultations.
+ Conduct root cause analysis and implement durable solutions to technical and functional issues.
+ Offer direction and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
**What's Needed?**
+ Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
+ At least 3-4 years of experience in IT, focusing on application development.
+ Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2016 or higher, SQL 2022 preferred).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Development technologies, including C# .NET and Blazor.
+ Experience with health insurance companies or understanding of claims transactions and Healthcare EDI standards.
