**What's the Job?**
+ Lead and supervise a team of analysts and technicians in data collection projects.
+ Coordinate resource allocation and manage workflow processes to ensure project deadlines are met.
+ Partner with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
+ Create and maintain detailed workflow outlines, project plans, and process documentation.
+ Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and motivation to team members to foster growth and success.
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 1 year of experience in project or operations management or consulting.
+ Experience working on data collection or user research projects.
+ Proven ability to manage teams across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with Office and G Suite applications.
+ Willingness to become an expert in project workflows and drive process improvements.

**Pay: $18 to $22 DOE** As a key member of the Fabrication team, the Material Prep Technician is responsible for preparing fabricated metal parts by grinding, sanding, and finishing them to meet quality standards.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Sand, grind, and finish fabricated metal, acrylics, and other parts using hand and power tools
+ Ensure smooth, clean surfaces free of imperfections or sharp edges
+ Follow blueprints, drawings, or work instructions as required
+ Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality
+ Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order
+ Adhere to safety procedures and workplace cleanliness standards
+ Act as a shop hand or production helper as needed
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Previous experience in metal finishing, grinding, or sanding (preferred)
+ Ability to use various hand tools, grinders, and sanding equipment
+ Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
+ Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production environment
