This position will oversee the planning and execution of Mission Owners into the NAVSEA Bluewater Cloud, along with the governance of these systems once they are operational. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Driving clear, frequent, and concise communication with all mission owners and internal engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment and build lasting trust. * Facilitating technical exchanges between Mission Owners and the engineering team to translate complex needs into actionable plans and achievable outcomes. * Monitoring and reporting the progress of all Bluewater Cloud migrations and new environment builds, promptly identifying and mitigating risks to maintain schedule integrity. * Organizing, developing, and executing all required project documentation to ensure compliance and smooth transition into governance. * Developing, maintaining, and providing frequent updates to the comprehensive project schedule, ensuring all milestones are tracked and delivered on time. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. * 3+ of experience in project management, specifically overseeing technical or IT infrastructure projects. * Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication. * Experience using Microsoft Project or similar enterprise-level tools for schedule development and tracking. * Foundational familiarity with Cloud computing concepts and specific exposure to the AWS Cloud environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. * Direct professional experience with cloud environment builds and/or mission application migrations. Clearance Requirements: * Must have an active Secret security clearance.
