The manager will cultivate relationships with senior officials across the Department of War \(DoW\) - including the Office of the Secretary of War \(OSW\) staff, Service research labs, DARPA, and the Strategic Capabilities Office \(SCO\) - to identify new business opportunities, support "keep sold" activities, and shape Lockheed Martin's strategy within the DoW R&D landscape\. The ideal candidate will possess deep insight into DoW R&D organizations and processes, as well as a keen understanding of emerging defense technologies and missions\. Specific Responsibilities:
