Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role: Responsible for providing a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing: Shampooing clients, Applying and monitoring treatments, Executing conditioning treatments, Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining: Blow dry/self-serve stations, Hairstylist stations, Shampoo areas, Dispensary areas, Laundry (keeping up with the flow of services) and more. Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance. Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa. Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual: Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships. Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
