Mark Twain Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Outpatient Clinician in our HANNIBAL - FOREST DRIVE location. This full-time salaried position offers competitive pay and full benefits. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy to outpatient clients Therapy may consist of crisis screening, outreach, brief interventions, groups, or standard psychotherapy Maintain a clinical record to state and national certification standards including a clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and progress notes all completed and maintained in a timely manner and within range of payer source requirements Participate in clinical supervision, clinical case staff meetings, and in-service training programs Provide consultation and education services to agency community stakeholders (e.g. local police departments, schools, medical offices, community organizations, etc.) Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with community agencies Maintain a professional code of ethics at all times Complete daily schedule and check alerts in Carelogic promptly Participate in quality assurance reviews Adherence to the MTBH Ethical Code of Conduct and all policies is required. Education and/or Experience Qualifications: * Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. * Current licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the practicing state, such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). * Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed. * Comfortable and willing to provide telehealth services (training provided).
