Currently, Chief Operating Officer of Marketplace® - a portfolio of programs on the economy that are produced and distributed by American Public Media®. Presently focused on transforming Marketplace® from a suite of radio programs into an enterprise centered around raising the economic intelligence of the country.

Previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Southern California Public Radio (SCPR), a subsidiary of American Public Media Group. During my tenure, was instrumental in SCPR’s growth - starting with an annual operating fund of $1.5 million in 2000, building it to more than $28 million in 2017. In that time, SCPR’s KPCC radio station became one of the fastest growing and most listened to public radio stations in the country.

2001-03, a student of Peter Drucker: “The founder of 21st Century Management.” Earned a MA in Management from the Peter F. Drucker & Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, in Claremont California.
