Next the other Everette Horn supervisor asked the employee what happened yesterday was the supervisors playing the video games on his phone, the former employee said yes, and that you know that way you can look at the video camera September 10th/2023 around this time, after goes like oh okay, I will fire him blah blah blah, talking some nonsense. After that no written report for this supervisor, so-called post captain Marcus Corvalan the Trump Royale 18201 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach location. Next day the former employee comes to work starts the day off just rovering the property, these 2 liars call the employee over to the security room to speak to, okay the person comes over what's the problem, one of the liars start reading off his lying report for the employee to sign, the employee says its a nice lie but where is your written report for you to sign for playing video games while at work, there is mo.answer for that for Marcus Corvalan the supervisor who was doing it the day before, so right after that this supervisors so called post captain start to harass employees who saw him paying video games on his phone previously day before that and doing nothing at work ignoring his company his working for $25 an hourly rate, just says to himself okay so if he doesn't get fired he is going to fire all the other employees who were, was working with him because they saw him playing video games on his phone and before the employees of the security company can even say anything or even make a report about him playing video games at work, he go on and start some lying written report warning to fire all.the employees at this location at Trump Royale 18201 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach to fire everyone but himself. This is one example for the supervisors and how they are working with this security Marksmanship company, and the other supervisors who's is smoking electronic cigarettes at work in front of everyone and cursing out a

The worst security company out there. I can tell you from working in law enforcement for 20 years and another 20 years in private security, this company hires the lowest forms of life, and that’s from their top management down. Totally unprofessional, what I would consider police rejects. As with all security companies, 99 % of what they hire would have never been accepted in real law enforcement jobs. Not only is the management bad, they treat their employees as disposable. They have no respect for the people that keep their contracts going. With Marksman, sites only choose them because they undercut other companies in price. They hire people that can’t even speak English properly. You get what you pay for with Marksman
