POSITION OBJECTIVE
This position is responsible for managing and maintaining e-commerce testing and general web analytics support. This includes test creation, analysis, collaboration with cross‑functional departments to create meaningful site operations and customer journey optimizations. This position will assist with reporting, dashboard building, and analysis. Key knowledge of web analytics tools and website testing software will be required. The scope of the position will include web analytics, testing results, optimization, and website best practices. As a key member of the customer experience team, tasks will span from the planning stage all the way through the data and optimization stage and concluding with the release cycles of each website.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Allocation: 75% Reporting and Analytics; 25% Testing Optimization Lead
Collaborate with teams to design, build, maintain and manage dashboards that meet product requirements.
Key stakeholder to develop and further optimize web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
Lead testing analyst leveraging testing and analytics tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop, guide, and launch tests.
Work closely with e‑commerce operational teams to support and enhance workflow processes and maximize the potential of existing product capabilities.
Brainstorm and drive ideas through A/B testing lifecycle.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this role is $20.50 to $22.50 per hour. Assist the Archives and Area Support Division of the Church History Department in fulfilling research requests and processing print materials. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in family history or library science.
This is a paid, in person internship, which is anticipated to last one year (12 months). This is a full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) hourly, nonexempt position.
Intern must be available to work 40 hours per week, during regular working hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday in the Church History Library (this is not a remote position).
Required:
• Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation
• Sensitivity to information of a confidential nature and respect for the privacy of individuals
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Research skills including reading handwritten documents (i.e., cursive)
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a team, as well as independently
• Ability to solve problems and seek feedback
Preferred:
Current pursuit or completion of bachelor's degree in family history, or history, preferred, or other related field; Master's degree in library science a plus
The Research and Training Intern will learn and be exposed to:
• Business operations of a library institution
• Engaging with a mixed workforce of paid employees and volunteer staff
• Developing expertise in specific Church history databases
• Training volunteers
The Intern will be responsible for fulfilling the following tasks:
• Finding and linking digitized documents to patron accounts
• Troubleshooting and performing additional research for complex requests
• Communicating with requestors when additional information is needed
• Daily interaction with employees, volunteers, and patrons via telephone, email and in person
• Assisting full-time processing and cataloging staff including processing newly acquired print items
The position deals with information of a confidential nature and requires sensitivity to the privacy of individuals.
Intern will work under the direction of a staff team leader who will provide training and daily guidance.

Job Description:
As a Research Intern, your primary task will be to assist an industry-specific team in deal-generation efforts. You will work on this same industry-specific deal team for the entirety of your internship. Your responsibilities will include identifying, researching, and profiling potential acquisition candidates and/or Fortune 500 CEOs for our private equity and corporate clients.
You will learn how to utilize licensed AI-driven programs and technology (ex. Inven, Cyntax, etc.) to aid your research efforts. Additionally, you will be exposed to qualitative research methods through additional online databases, the internet, industry association company lists, and our own proprietary database to help you identify privately held businesses for acquisition strategies. This important work is the initial step in a process that leads to an acquisition for our clients.
*This internship will offer no exposure to financial modeling as this is a research position.*
