What You'll Do
As an Exam Delivery Specialist in our Exam Services Department, you'll help ensure ABR exams run flawlessly. You'll coordinate schedules, support volunteers and candidates, and troubleshoot issues to keep everything on track. This role blends project coordinator, technical troubleshooting and customer service.
Your responsibilities include:
Plan and organize exam schedules for both computer-based and oral exams.
Coordinate logistics-from examiner and candidate communications to accommodations.
Prepare exam materials and ensure everything is accurate and ready.
Support live exams, troubleshoot issues, and keep things running smoothly.
Collaborate across departments (IT, Finance, Meeting Planning) to align resources.
Train and supervise seasonal staff during exam administration.

Work Location

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Complex Case Coordination (C3) Liaison responds to crisis referrals of warriors, performs initial assessments, guides warriors towards appropriate internal WWP resources or arranges external resources, acts as a case manager for treatment planning and stabilization, and eliminates barriers to care as appropriate. The Complex Case Coordination (C3) Liaison serves as an advocate to ensure rapid, coordinated, and collaborative response to warriors with difficult, complex, urgent issues that exceed the current capability or scope of any specific WWP program. The liaison coordinates and advocates with local resources, Federal resources (i.e., Veterans Administration, Dept of Defense, etc.), Veteran Service Organizations, and private facilities to establish an effective and comprehensive plan for the Warrior.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Caseload management:
* Serve as subject-matter expert and resource in the planning, coordination, and execution of and participation in mental health programs, enhancing the quality of warriors' resiliency and psychological well-being.
* Maintain a caseload of assigned warriors.
* Perform comprehensive screenings and conduct needs assessments to identify and coordinate appropriate external care for warriors dealing with complex mental and physical health issues requiring immediate intervention.
* Partner closely with warriors' care teams to develop and implement treatment plans aligned with the warrior's goals.
* Develop and encourage a collaborative relationship with warriors to maximize the warrior's ability to make informed decisions, utilizing a warrior-centric model, within organizational parameters and serve as the WWP point of contact, following up with warriors throughout their care, treatment, and recovery.
* Collect and maintain sensitive protected health information according to organizational standards as required to coordinate warrior care.
* Facilitate admission and discharge planning by coordinating with available internal and external resources.
* Coordinate with warriors' families and advocates, as appropriate, to ensure necessary treatment, post discharge services and resources are provided.
* Ensure case documentation, service provided, and data are maintained accurately, timely, and appropriately within WWP internal databases.
* Provide transition support with programmatic referrals to WWP programs.
Program management and development:
* Coordinate comprehensive support and care for warriors by orchestrating involvement in one or multiple internal WWP programs or external organizations, such as the Veteran's Administration (VA), Community Care Network Providers, and social services agencies.
* Collect necessary documentation to facilitate payment for WWP-funded care and manage additional invoices needed to request payments on behalf of warriors and their households, in accordance with WWP guidelines.
* Input data into relevant WWP electronic tracking systems, including warrior, family member, spouse, VA points of contact, and/or caregiver databases such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely updates for each case.
* Empower warriors for lasting recovery by mitigating the challenges that precipitated the crisis while removing barriers to care to enable the warrior to receive needed assistance.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of external resources, treatment options, mental health diagnosis, medical needs, and treatment programs.
* Provide feedback to Program leadership on process improvement and system needs.
* Identify and escalate issues impacting Warrior care to leadership, as necessary.
Resource management and development:
* Cultivate strong and productive partnerships with internal programs, external governmental agencies, private facilities, community resources, and Veteran Service Organizations to ensure effective collaboration and support for program initiatives.
* Work with Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) and Veterans Health Administration (VHA) to coordinate professional services and care for C3 Warriors.
* Prepare briefings and reports including compiling, organizing, and updating status reports regularly.
* Brief internal and external agencies on WWP C3 Program and referral process.
* Attend and actively participate in required training and/or meetings, including but not limited to New Teammate Orientation, WWP Cares, ASIST Suicide Prevention training, Leadership training, culture/team based training, or departmental huddles.
* Other related duties as assigned.

SADD operates as a virtual organization. This team member assists senior staff in executing State grant goals and objectives, coordinating activities, and relying on technology to connect with both in-state and out-of-state colleagues and partners and boots-on-the-ground efforts to advance grant and organizational goals. Travel is both a requirement and an expectation. This position will report to either the State Coordinator leading efforts within the State, the Assistant Director of Field Engagement, or the Director of Field Engagement.
Essential goals & functions include:
Assisting senior staff in executing grant goals and objectives, coordinating activities, and communicating consistently with state grant representatives.
Supporting SADD chapters, including but not limited to identifying a staff advisor, liaising with administrators to advocate for SADD on campus, advocating for students with boards of education and boards of trustees, assisting students in developing chapter bylaws (as needed), creating meeting agendas and annual calendar of events, onboarding new advisors or chapter leadership, etc.
Working with current SADD chapters to build their leadership capacity and promote relevant programming, producing quality educational workshops, brainstorming events and ideas with chapters, and assisting with events and activities on the ground.
Contributing to a digital footprint for the state, ensuring photos/videos of relevant events are shared with your supervisor and/or the Communications & Marketing team.
Participating with and supporting State staff with an active group of student leaders who serve as a statewide Student Leadership Council (SLC), hosting consistent meetings with students, providing guidance, promoting personal projects, and ensuring they complete tasks as assigned to assist in reaching grant goals.
Identifying and researching outreach opportunities, creating connections and partnerships, and scheduling programs to engage new chapters, schools, and community organizations.
Meeting the needs of SADD's various constituents and organizational goals, focusing on data-driven outreach and results, which are reported as required by grant and SADD leadership.
Understanding and taking accountability for documentation of grant expenditures to ensure SADD remains a good steward of the funds.
Accurately and informedly completing reporting, time cards, expenses, and related paperwork to ensure clear claims processing, which requires meeting internal and external deadlines.
Collecting, recording, and managing chapter, participant, event, and demographic data, disseminating pre- and post-surveys to event attendees for program evaluation as needed.
Assisting the Field Engagement team in developing programming, creation, and redesign; developing activity layouts, asset design, and training for students or adults to promote new opportunities; providing critical feedback from the field to inform programming updates.
Support National initiatives, including various awareness campaigns, programmatic funder opportunities, National SLC, and conferences that help elevate and build student leaders.

Clinical Family Coaching (CFC) is a unique and innovative ABA program that has been serving AZA United families for the past 10 years. CFC is an outcome-driven, caregiver coaching program focused on the treatment of challenging behavior. CFC teams are led by BCBA level, Clinical Supervisors who collaboratively develop treatment plans to address difficult behavior and work with caregivers to implement the plan and stabilize behavior over the course of several months.
CFC Teams primarily work with adolescents, teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their primary caregivers. This could be their natural or adoptive parents, foster guardians, and group home staff. CFC Teams work with families, schools, hospitals, day programs, and group homes in the settings where the behavior occurs naturally, often in homes and in the community.
Because this is a unique program, we assume that there will be a learning curve for anyone joining the team which is why there is an extensive, ongoing training and supervision program built in.
This is an ideal position for BCBAs interested in expanding their clinical repertoire and maximizing their impact in communities with limited access to quality care and non-traditional ABA populations.

Job Overview:
This position works under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Clinical Family Coaching program. ETS's S&R Ops organization is seeking talented, innovative, and energetic undergraduate student interns to help us deliver the AP Reading. By joining ETS, you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and dynamic environment where your contributions are recognized from day one.
Starting in late May and extending into June, AP Readers (high school teachers and college professors) will score written student responses for Advanced Placement (AP) tests, either at one of our Reading sites or from their homes, using the ETS Online Network for Evaluation (ONE).
The AP Reading internship will begin on Monday, May 11, 2026, in Princeton, New Jersey, for initial onboarding, verification of system access, HR orientation, and travel booking. That week, interns might not work every day, might have shortened schedules, and will not work during the weekend.
Full training continues the following Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22. Again, during training, schedules may be shortened, depending on workload. After training, AP Interns will travel to their assigned Reading sites, starting as early as May 26. More information about work locations will be provided at a later date.
During the Reading, Interns will assist S&R Ops staff with operational tasks and will work seven days per week, including holidays and weekends. Workdays will be long (will extend beyond eight hours) and require significant walking, with some standing and lifting. After the Reading, Interns will return home to work remotely to help complete post-Reading tasks and participate in the AP Reading After Action Review. The internship officially ends Friday, July 10, 2026, though there may be opportunities for select interns to extend through mid- to late July.

Job Summary:
We are seeking customer-focused, outgoing and compassionate individuals to contact blood donors and schedule appointments in our fast-paced environment. Service Agents follow scripting, have excellent attention to detail and have strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation. Use information from multiple computer systems simultaneously to target appropriate blood drives for donor, update donor records as needed and to record outcomes of calls.
Schedule appointments while providing positive service experience to maximize donor show rates.
Follow a process and appropriate scripting for conducting a call with a donor, to ensure a consistent donor experience.
Maintain daily production standard, including phone calls and appointments per hour, to meet established collection goals.
Develop a working knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility and reduce deferral rates.
Maintain accurate records of donors/groups contacted and appointments scheduled to avoid errors, poor customer relations and to ensure sufficient donor availability.
May develop new leads and implement new donor recruitment programs to ensure an increased donor base and an adequate blood supply.
Respond to or transfer inbound calls to the appropriate party.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
May coordinate support of community and business donor groups to assure a positive image of the American Red Cross.

Pay Information: $16.00 Per Hour, Plus Shift Differential
Qualifications:
Must be able to commit to 90 days of uninterrupted employment.(100% attendance required).
Must be able to commit to one of the schedules referenced above.
High school diploma or equivalent required (GED).
Minimum one year of related experience (telemarketing, customer service or call center) is required.
Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus.
Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to quickly and efficiently meet donor service needs.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required.
Effective verbal communication skills, the ability to work with potentially difficult customers, and work in a fast-paced call center environment is required.
Desire to advocate and learn more about blood donations with an interest in promoting upwards.
If a prior employee or contractor, must be eligible for rehire.
