THE JOB As a Sales Associate in our Ann Mashburn shop, you will be responsible for demonstrating the brand values in how you engage with and take care of customers. You will create a welcoming and memorable brand experience in the shop by discovering and assessing client needs, suggesting thoughtful solutions, building trusted relationships, and maintaining timely follow-up. You will enhance and develop the business by proactively reaching out to clients and sharing information on new products and events. You will also contribute to daily operations of the store to maintain our brand standards throughout all areas of the business. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
