We review and process all of their MMLIS New Business in addition to facilitating post new account functions including Advisory Operations, Cashiering, Transfer of Assets, and Account Maintenance. Our strategy includes growing and retaining our most successful and influential advisor population across the country and supporting them with operational experience that is laser focused on the ease of doing business. We provide tailored telephony support and partner closely with all Service and Operations areas within MMLIS including MMLIS Product, MMFA leadership, Legal, and Compliance. The Impact Conduct back-office review and firm-acceptance of new and existing submissions related to Brokerage, Direct and Third-Party Advisory accounts. Review trading activity of registered representatives through supervisory control procedures and application of firm policies and procedures and will require the associate to eventually become a subject matter expert for all previously referenced lines of Inforce Business, including a solid understanding of our platforms and systems. Determine root cause of issues, provide solutions, and resolve matters independently without management supervision at times. Implementation and management of operational and supervisory procedures for the firm. Ability to effectively communicate with registered representatives, agency personnel, and internal business partners such as Compliance, Field Inspection, and Regional Supervisory Directors. Specialized regulatory review of securities such as Options trading and Municipal Securities may be required. Involved daily in complex problem resolution requiring higher level critical thinking. Consult with registered representatives, Agency Supervisory Officers and Regional Supervisory Directors, providing guidance on suitability concerns and guidelines. Consistently identify and report to management on trending and risk mitigation measures. Responsibilities: + Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decision making and accelerate program growth by identifying performance trends, uncovering optimization opportunities, measuring outcomes against KPIs, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that drives positive business impact. + Work closely with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring the successful definition and execution of go-to market and communications strategies for the newly developed products. + Ensures ongoing consultation and collaboration with business partners to enhance customer experience. + Collaborate with Product Development and IT teams to develop and implement new product offerings and capabilities that increase customer growth and retention. + Build strong relationships with Product Managers and Pricing teammates to understand the nuances of unique state markets and develop creative solutions. + Assists with filings for state insurance departments. Develops and maintains required manuals and materials in support of pricing and policy revisions for the product management team. + Monitor program performance and produce clear, decision-oriented reporting for leadership (loss ratio, frequency/severity, mix, retention, rate adequacy, telematics/mileage metrics). + Analyze large volumes of telematics data to identify trends, deviations translating insights into concise recommendations and prioritized roadmap items. + Work with actuarial/pricing and product teams to validate telematics rate adequacy, support filings, and coordinate experiments to test pricing and segmentation hypotheses. + Lead and coordinate cross functional initiatives to implement product changes; build workplans, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and track outcomes to ensure measurable impact on profitability and growth. + Maintain competitive market/industry intelligence to inform product positioning. Qualifications + 7 years of P&C insurance experience is required. + Prior experience in Personal Insurance with an insurance carrier and Auto Telematics is a plus. + Ability to research and analyze competitor filings and evaluate regulatory and compliance requirements. + A strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance products, coverages, and distribution channels including Direct and Agency. + Experience in a product development environment utilizing Agile tools (Jira, Kanban, Scrum) is a plus. + Demonstrated ability to synthesize various data to produce recommendations and actions. + Familiarity with data and database procedures such as ThoughtSpot + Strong Excel skills required. Knowledge of SQL, SAS and Snowflake beneficial. + Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills. Ability to create concise but powerful content and visuals to influence a range of audiences. + Demonstrated experience challenging the status quo and broadly influencing key stakeholders to drive change and innovation. Compensation The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market.
