Job DescriptionABOUT THE COMPANY Local (Phoenix Metro Area) construction company seeking qualified and experienced PEB/PEMB erectors for all phases of metal building projects. It's essential that you possess the knowledge, ability, and understanding of commercial steel erection construction and safety practices. Seeking 1-2 years minimum experience erecting PEB or metal cladding as a laborer, foreman, and/or superintendent. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: PEB steel erection, metal roofs/walls and insulation. You'll be responsible for working on the ground, on lifts, and on elevated surfaces while wearing personal protective equipment. Construction projects are located within Arizona, primarily in the Maricopa County area. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, hold and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License. JOB TYPE Full Time, Direct Hire, Hourly HOURS Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm, some nights , some weekends BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Must be 18+ years (or older) 5+ years experience in construction trades Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship Ability to work in various temperatures and environments Able to work independently Capable of lifting 50 lbs Comfortable and capable of clear courteous verbal and written communications with customers Current valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record Detail oriented High level of integrity High school diploma or general education degree (GED) OSHA10 preferred, but not required Practices diligence with a sense of urgency Self motivated Sound judgement and critical thinking PAY $18 - 30 per hour Based on experience

Finish Carpenter at Shiel Sexton A Finish Carpenter at Shiel Sexton performs commercial and industrial construction and remodeling, interior systems, interior and exterior finish, blueprint reading, scaffolding, and safety with a strong focus on Millwork Installation, Doors & Hardware, and Bathroom Accessories. Job Description Our company is looking for a reliable, hardworking Finish Carpenter to do installations and complete the finishing touches on trim and carpentry work for different construction projects. You may work on a variety of projects, including window installations, aluminum wrapping, interior and exterior door installations, interior moulding and wood panels. Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for precision and can accommodate unique build requirements from clients. We prefer candidates who have prior experience or training in trim carpentry or finish carpentry however, are willing to train a motivated individual who works hard and learns quickly. Duties and Responsibilities Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, etc. Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite
