Position Purpose / Summary
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of materials and finished goods within the Farmina Reidsville manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards. The Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between the production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished pet food products. This role supports Farmina's commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards in pet nutrition manufacturing.
Work Environment

Requirements
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field preferred.
3+ years' warehouse supervisory or management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best safety practices.

**Job Summary**
Warehouse Operator/Material Handler uses a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse. May maintain data records and create KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
**Skills:**
+ Experience in SAP applications.
+ Skills in analytics and methods in Warehouse, Inventory Management Systems and Inventory Control Systems.
+ Be able to understand instructions.
+ Be able to clearly communicate verbally, writing and reading in English.
+ Apply experience to complete assignments and to facilitate the work activities of others.
+ Be able to work extended hours including weekends and holidays.
+ Be able to interact professionally with management team.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Forklift, Reach Truck experience.
+ Maintains appropriate licenses/training/certifications as needed.
+ Be able to lift 50 pounds without restrictions
