As a Mad Scientist, you will lead students through an inquiry-based discovery method involving instructor demonstrations, hands-on activities, and amazing take-home projects that will illustrate how science affects the world around us. Mad Science is the world's leading provider of fun science programs for elementary-aged children. This is a part-time to semi-full-time position and is somewhat seasonal. Pay for all Areas of Business (AOB) is hourly - including set-up and clean-up time. Starting pay is $22.50-$30 per hour DOE. If you teach 5 one-hour classes per week you will make approximately $225-$300. There ARE multiple opportunities for more classes/hours for those with the availability.
