+ Responsible for assisting patient with and per plan of care, the following;

Requirements:
+ Meets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws when applicable
+ Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care given
+ Possess and maintains current CPR certification in accordance with state regulation
+ PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Successful completion of Maxim screening examinations
+ Participation and completion of Maxim's competency program
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge
+ Manage care delivery and supervise personnel
+ Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations

+ Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits
Qualifications:
+ Active RN license (in applicable state)
+ Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
+ Supervisory experience is a plus

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
