Two decades( 25 years)of critical experiences handling businesses in various verticals like, sales, marketing, operations and demand planning and P & L roles in Dr lalpathlabs Pvt ltd SC Johnson, PepsiCo, Perfetti , P&G both in India, South-East Asia.Lately I was involved in building, robust business for Dr Lalpathlabs for the Rest of India as P & L head ( West , South , Central India) as part of Management Committee and took the organization in creating the Best in Class in the industry and value creation for stake holders.Previously i was a key members building, robust sales & distribution model for SC Johnson and has been responsible for building a very profitable business India, I was in Leadership position and leading a turnaround in West & Eastern markets , was also the recipient of the prestigious Global Roll of Honor in 2010 at the Company headquarters at Racine - Chicago for sustained high performance. During my stint with PepsiCo he had driven significant growth of their foods businesses across geographies, cutting across channels, including the rapid expansion in emerging channel of Modern retail and played a key role in anchoring the business which won him several awards and accolades. During my association with Pepsi, the company launched the iconic brand Kurkure, now the largest brand of salty snacks in the country, was also the key member to introduce the Go To Market strategy in Modern/ Traditional Retail. Healthcare leadership roles - Strategic Business Head/ VP Business for a 750Cr Annual Health Care business (diagnostic) with Dr Lalpathlabs Pvt Ltd as Profit Center - SBU Head, P &L head.Currently CEO at Maxivision Eye Hospitals ( A comprehensive eye care company) with 15 hospitals across South India , New Delhi and other parts.
