Mr. Connors has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Information Services Group, Inc., an information-based services company, since July 2006. Mr. Connors served as a member of the Executive Board of VNU N.V., a major worldwide media and marketing information company, from the merger of ACNielsen into VNU in 2001 until 2005, and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VNU Media Measurement & Information Group and Chairman of VNU World Directories until 2005. He previously was Vice Chairman of the Board of ACNielsen from its spin-off from the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in 1996 until 2001, was Senior Vice President of American Express Travel Related Services from 1989 until 1995, and before that was a Corporate Vice President of Sprint Corporation. Before founding RetailNext in 2007, the world’s first technology company dedicated to providing advanced in-store analytics for brick-and-mortar retail businesses, Alexei spent eight years at Cisco Systems. During his tenure at Cisco, Alexei held a number of leadership positions with direct responsibility for developing and launching new product lines. He was the Founder and General Manager of an internal startup within the Cisco Systems Emerging Technologies Group focused on developing video applications for the gaming and retail markets. Prior to Cisco Systems, Alexei was a consultant at Accenture in its Electronics and High Tech Operating Unit. He was responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise solutions that enhanced business performance for various corporations. Recently named to the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list, Alexei holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. David brings 20 years of progressive business experience working closely with academic and government entities to develop and implement customized business solutions enabled by leading-edge technology. A few of his career highlights include deploying the country's largest K-12 data warehouse for the State of Georgia’s 1.7 million students and 186 school districts. He led BearingPoint’s multi-year modernization partner re-engineering effort at the U.S. Department of Education, including architecting the Common Origination and Disbursement system that delivers over $69 billion dollars in Federal Student Financial Aid to colleges and universities on an annual basis. In addition, David led BearingPoint’s National Higher Education Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence practice as well as developed BearingPoint’s marquee CRM strategy, “Student for Life.” David has served as a national speaker presenting on topics such as: “The Future of Technology in Education,” “Modernization of the US Department of Education,” “Providing Access to Education through Technology,” and “Emerging Issues in Higher Education.” He currently serves on the advisory board for the SkySong Education Innovation Network.
