Under general supervision, repairs, installs, adjusts, monitors, and maintains building HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical systems and performs skilled maintenance and repair tasks of the hospital building systems. Performs work to conform to quality standards and municipal codes.
Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Trouble shoot electrical, electronic (including analog and digital), pneumatic, and mechanical equipment and systems
2. Perform operator and preventive maintenance, as specified by manufacturers, on equipment and systems including electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical; varies preventive maintenance interval as dictated by monitored failure rate.
3. Perform simple, as well as complete repairs of equipment and systems, as appropriate.
4. Research, interpret and apply local, as well as manufacturers' technical data; read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
5. Maintain appropriate work records for compliance with requirements imposed by such entities as: Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, State-wide Healthcare Planning and Development Office, and National Fire Protection Agency.
6. Complete work orders, record material utilized on jobs and other required documentation.
7. May also perform general maintenance and repair tasks as required.
8. Perform other related duties as required and directed.
Qualifications:
Required:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of three years of related experience.
* Valid State driver's license.
* Driving record must be within the approved insurance company's regulations.
Working knowledge of:
1. Principles and practices of installing, operating, maintaining and repairing hospital equipment and systems.
2. Shop, workplace, equipment and tool safety.
3. Hazardous materials encountered in the hospital environment.
4. Operation, maintenance and repair of various pumps, motors, centrifugal chillers, boilers, compressors, blowers, control valves and switches, and instruments related to HVAC, and to digital and pneumatic control systems.
5. Operation, maintenance and minor repair of large diesel engines, large generators, automatic transfer switches, transformer, meters, and electrical power distribution centers.
6. Instruments, tools and equipment used in the installation, operation, trouble-shooting, maintenance and repair of complex hospital electrical, electronic, and mechanical building an utility systems.

Answer the crisis telephone, providing immediate support and appropriate interventions when necessary.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma. Associate's or higher degree in mental health related field preferred.
Require to be working towards Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) or Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) within 30-60 days of employment at Bowen Health.
Experience: Must either have personal lived experience of recovery from substance use - OR - have family members, allies, or loved ones who have lived experience of recovery from substance use, mental health or co-occurring disorders.
Previous experience in crisis intervention or mental health support preferred.
Valid driver's license and active liability insurance.
Must be 18 years old.

Job Summary:
The Regional Pharmacy Operations Compliance Technician provides ongoing operational, procedural and sterile compounding support (education, training, competencies and best practices in the Vital Care Way) to the Franchise pharmacies. Bio Town Biogas ( BTB ) is a waste-to-value company which utilizes waste organic products to produce renewable electricity and renewable natural gas. BTB is focusing on producing low-cost energy while also reducing carbon emissions. BTB is a partnership between BioTown Ag, an Indiana multi-generational family farm, and Green Rock Energy Partners, a New York sustainable energy-focused private equity firm.
The MaintenanceTechnician will be a hands-on technician to operate and properly maintain equipment to maximize quantity and quality of the gas upgrade system (GUS) along with equipment used to maintain digester health and (7) Jenbacher Genset engines. This role will require (i) the ability to operate with limited supervision and a strong sense of trust, (ii) the desire to learn new areas of the business and keep them in OEM like condition, (iii) a keen sense for being detailed-oriented and solution-focused with good time management.
This role's main purpose will be to maintain plant uptime and gas quality of the gas upgrade system (GUS) along with equipment used to maintain digester health for maximum gas producing potential. The primary focus will be PM work orders and recording equipment readings with provided meters to enter into tracking system. The secondary function of this role will be corrective maintenance on issues passed on from previous shift or happen during this shift.
Responsibilities:
Operations Support
Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on all mechanical equipment used to support digester health and operation
Troubleshoot and perform repairs from work orders within the maintenance system.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas including 5S principles.
Ability to diagnose and carry out repairs on basic electrical circuits.
Maintain parts inventory accuracy through maintenance system.
Continuous Improvement
Review manuals and add to or improve maintenance strategies currently in place.
Help identify gaps in work instructions and improve details of tasks for repairs.
Find improvements that can be made in areas to reduce downtime, decrease spend, and implement fixes that follow accepted manufacturing practices.
