Duties & Responsibilities:
Diagnoses malfunctions and performs vehicle repairs (e.g. adjust/test steering, electrical, cooling, lubricating, braking systems, drive trains, suspensions, power steering units, clutches, transmissions and oil, temperature, gas regulating components, adjust/test/rebuild engines etc.) and related assigned duties within qualification level, in accordance with all relevant Federal, State/Provincial and local guidelines and requirements. 5+ years professional bicycle mechanic experience
Advanced proficiency in all major systems (hydraulic brakes, drivetrain, wheel truing, bearing systems)
Experience with electronic shifting (Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS)

Responsibilities
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and structural systems on heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, haul trucks, graders, etc.
* Repair and replace defective parts, such as bearings, gears, and hydraulic components
* Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance of trucks and equipment either at the shop or on location of a breakdown
* Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and determine repair procedures
* Respond to field service calls and perform repairs on-site as needed
* Operate heavy equipment to test repairs and ensure functionality
* Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections according to manufacturer and company standards
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor time
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and equipment operators to identify equipment problems
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company and regulatory safety standards
* Qualified candidates must have excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with brakes, tires, and other maintenance services
* Must be familiar with both diesel and gas engines
