Requirements
Must-Haves:
- CMA certification in North Carolina
- At least 2 years of experience in urgent or primary care
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with grace
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift >10 lbs
- Willingness to work 13-hour shifts and weekends
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Athena EHR
- Passion for community health and patient advocacy
