Kate Nuttall is the People & Performance Director at Don Smallgoods, a part of the George Weston Foods Group.

Kate was formally an Executive General Manager, People at National Australia Bank where she acted in the role of CHRO for MLC Wealth, part of the NAB. Prior to her appointment to National Australia Bank, she was Human Resources Director for Mondelez across Australia and New Zealand. Kate has practiced Human Resources for over 20 years and has been part of large transformational change with businesses and brands such as Kraft, Cadbury, Qantas and Air New Zealand. She has successfully led large people change initiatives including startups, closures, mergers and acquisitions, and outsourcing. Kate is passionate about building and executing people interventions that add real value to the business and to customers through strong actionable leadership, performance, talent, culture and engagement platforms. She is particularly passionate about providing strong career options for the next generation and in particular for women. Kate is known for her ability to build teams and bring passion and pride into the People function. She encourages all people interactions to be made stronger and more impactful through courage, empathy and kindness. Kate holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting and Hospitality, Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations, and a Master's Degree in Human Resources.

Since losing her husband, Kate has become involved in the First Light Widowers Association which is a group focused on supporting people who have lost a spouse to have full and happy lives.

Penny Rizgalla is a Chief Product Owner, Regulatory Change at Methodist Ladies' College and is based in Greater Sydney Area. She has worked as Head of Online Services Operations, Business Operations and Strategy at Methodist Ladies' College; Head of Regulatory Change and Business Delivery at NAB Wealth; and MLC Products and Services at CYBG PLC. Penny attended Western Sydney University between 1990 and 1994.
