Montague L Meyer became a public company in 1928 and continued to grow and prosper.
Mel and Marilyn Meyer established Meyer Timber Pty Ltd in 1975 in Dandenong, Victoria.
Structalam Timber Products was established in 1988 by David Cook as an active participant in the N.S.W. Engineered Wood Products market at wholesale level.
In 2002, it sold its softwood trading operation to focus entirely on wood-based panel products.
Purchased by the Meyer family in 2007, the now “Meyer Timber N.S.W.” has grown into a more diversified wholesaler of timber products.
