Many cons mainly no work/life balance, the management they choose is based off of who the favorite is not based off of work ethic.

There was none, they usually fire employees before they can get profit sharing

CEO was very quiet rarely spoke to company about anything.

How would you improve Michigan First Credit Union's culture?

Make work life a lot happier, not being down employees and drown them in work and expect them to work more than what they’re being paid to

I didn’t prepare for the interview I was called in desperation due to their lack of ability to keep workers.
