    Data Migration Consultant The Data Migration Conversion Consultant is a work from home anywhere position. Responsibilities include working with clients, team members & consultants to define, document, design, develop, test and execute legacy ERP data migrations, restructurings and merges. In addition, you will apply Full Sail Partners' Consulting project and consulting methodology. The Senior Behavioral Health Outreach Therapist Consultant will work under the supervision of the program's Medical Director in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Consultant Manager. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with providers, ability to work independently with an attention to detail and effective oral and written communication skill, and an ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders. This is a state funded position sponsored by the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium (TCMHCC). TCMHCC was created by the 86th Texas Legislature to leverage the expertise and capacity of the health-related institutions of higher education to address urgent mental health challenges and improve the mental health care system in this state in relation to children, adolescents, and perinatal women. A flexible working arrangement agreement can be accommodated based upon the needs of the program and with supervisor approval. This position may require occasional work on-site for some of the scheduled work week. Remote work will require reliable internet access and a suitable private workspace free from distractions. This position has an end date of 8/31/2026, but may be renewable based upon availability of funding, work performance, and progress toward goals. Funding is expected to continue. Purpose The Senior Behavioral Health Outreach Therapist Consultant will provide consultation services to providers, such as pediatricians, family medicine physicians, OB/GYN physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and/or midwives needing assistance with patient behavioral health concerns, psychiatric consultation, behavioral management plans, or resources with the goal of increasing access to mental health services for mothers, children, and adolescents. The Senior Provider Behavioral Health Therapist Consultant will work efficiently to help providers manage mental health concerns, facilitate referrals, and complete outreach to increase program visibility and impact. Responsibilities Collaborates with and completes outreach to primary care clinicians, psychiatrists, OBGYN's and program coordinators to assist with coordination of consults and referrals for children, adolescents, and mothers with mental health needs. Manages and evaluates primary care provider requests in the areas of assessment, diagnosis, behavioral management, and referral assistance according to program protocol. Communicates requests to program psychiatrists within prescribed timeline and provides psychoeducation, referral information, and resources upon request. Standardizes clinical communication while obtaining psychiatry consultative services in the context of youth and perinatal mental health. Recruits and retains institutional partnerships such as physicians, medical practices, and other relationships to enhance program utilization and sustainability. Identifies and prospects for interested medical and/or institutional partners and find contact information. Conducts outreach by visiting Central Texas medical offices (including but not limited to Pediatricians, OBGYNs, Family Medicine) in the 13 counties included in the DMS catchment area. As requested by program leadership, provides clinical supervision to provisionally licensed clinical staff (e.g., LMSWs), which may include student learners. With guidance from program leadership, represent CPAN, PeriPAN, and associated Consortium programs in various capacities, including tabling, resource fairs, meetings, events, and workshops. Engage with external stakeholders across the medical, non-profit, government, and educational sectors to promote program visibility and collaboration. Assists in developing, planning, implementing, and tracking outreach and promotional strategies to aid in monitoring and evaluating outreach practices and program strategies to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with legislative mandates and institutional goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of outreach activities and data to support reporting, auditing, and continuous improvement efforts. Efficiently and accurately prepares updated resource guides and handouts for CPAN, PeriPAN, and related programs. Helps manage paper and promotional supply inventory for outreach efforts. Contributes to and uses the state platform for community health referrals. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications LCSW-S, LPC-S, or LMFT-S in the state of Texas, master's degree, and three (3) years of professional work experience in a medical, educational, or nonprofit setting, with at least one (1) year providing clinical supervision. Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with medical providers and work independently with strong attention to detail. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in health systems caring for patients with behavioral or mental health challenges. Experience working with PCPs, OB/GYN physicians, and/or family practitioners. Experience working across programs, departments, and/or institutions to achieve goals.
