I am a skilled and accomplished senior leader and data/analytics expert with an exemplary track record of driving critical transformative data strategies in support of business goals. I have enjoyed a long and successful career within the highly regulated public healthcare sector, and my skill set is broad and highly transferable to other business sectors. My current role is Head of Information Services for NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit. This is a senior and critical role entailing strategic and operational oversight of the AGEM CSU business intelligence service that support clinical commissioning groups in their commissioning and contracting responsibilities across the Midlands and East Region, including 3 sub-regional teams. The development of solutions and delivery models (local and at scale) is crucial in response to regular fluxes in national and client requirements. Leadership of +150 staff within a hub and spoke model and all associated budgetary responsibilities, amounting to £12M, is a key element of the post remit.

Ian Hart is an Assistant CIO at Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit and is based in 1829 Building Countess of Chester Health Park. He has worked as Chief Operating Officer at Cheshire ICT Service (NHS), Associate Director of ICT at Cheshire ICT Service (NHS), and Associate Director of IT Operations at North West Commissioning Support Unit. Ian studied at Wirral between 1984 and 1986 and Henley Business School.
