I am a skilled and accomplished senior leader and data/analytics expert with an exemplary track record of driving critical transformative data strategies in support of business goals. Well-qualified, I hold Institute of Management and ISO 9001 Foundation certification. I have enjoyed a long and successful career within the highly regulated public healthcare sector, and my skill set is broad and highly transferable to other business sectors. Comfortable with significant accountability, I welcome strategic-level challenges and bring extensive experience of leading large teams and complex technical functions.

I am fully competent to developing and delivering a strategic vision for data and analytics and I am accustomed to driving a relatively immature data environment through to a successful data driven business. Key to my success is my ability to lead a data centred culture focused on value and good governance, feasibility assessments and development of solutions. As a leader, I set the precedent for high-performance. My communication and influencing skills are second to none and enable me to drive collaborative effort at all levels.

My current role is Head of Information Services for NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit. This is a senior and critical role entailing strategic and operational oversight of the AGEM CSU business intelligence service that support clinical commissioning groups in their commissioning and contracting responsibilities across the Midlands and East Region, including 3 sub-regional teams. The development of solutions and delivery models (local and at scale) is crucial in response to regular fluxes in national and client requirements. Leadership of +150 staff within a hub and spoke model and all associated budgetary responsibilities, amounting to £12M, is a key element of the post remit.
