With over 160 employees in North America, Hawk Ridge Systems has 16 offices and training centers in the United States and Canada. Serving over 12,000 customers in all major business verticals, marquee customers include Medtronic, IGT, Electroimpact, Terrex, Google and Apple. Dale began his career at SciCan Corp. as a research and development engineer and then moved on to RAND Worldwide as an Engineering manager in Canada before starting Hawk Ridge Systems. He holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and is a licensed professional engineer in Canada. Dale is a native of Ontario, Canada, and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to start Hawk Ridge Systems in the mid‐90s.
