I am passionate about the sustainable global development of the actuarial profession, and spend a large amount of time working with the IFoA and IAA on these areas, and presenting around the world on Professionalism and other topics.

I have a very international background, and have enjoyed working in the USA, Netherlands and France as well the UK. In my spare time I enjoy international travel and I participate in endurance sport, such as ultra running and rowing.
