A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing and responding to inbound customer service and order processing contacts for One World Directs' many client's. The role of the CSR includes but is not limited to; answering customer questions, solving customer issues and completing order processing. A CSR is expected to exhibit a high level of quality customer service consistent with OWD guidelines. SALARY RANGE: $14.96 - $17.36 HOURLY/DOE Observes patrons and employees participating in gambling activities to detect infractions of house rules. Ensures that Grand River Casino & Resort's premises are secure while giving prompt service.
